course is an interactive, two-day workshop designed for individuals
seeking an understanding of the standard as it applies to implementing
a food safety management system at their organization. This session
will provide tools and guidance for participants to develop a food
safety management that meets the intent of the standard.
Who should attend:
Personnel planning the implementation or are responsible for the
implementation of an ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management System.
Internal quality auditors, audit program managers and other individuals
involved in the internal auditing process. Food Safety Consultants.
Prerequisite:
This is an introductory course designed for participants with little
previous knowledge of ISO 22000:2005.
