ISO 22000:2005 Internal Auditing
This two-day interactive workshop is designed to teach
participants an effective approach for auditing food safety management
systems. The primary objective is to provide food safety auditors
with the knowledge necessary to plan, conduct and report an internal
food safety management system audit to ISO 22000:2005. This course
will give auditors the tools necessary to measure the effectiveness
of your food safety management system.
Who should attend:
Personnel planning the implementation of an ISO 22000:2005 Food
Safety Management System. Internal quality auditors, audit program
managers and other individuals involved in the internal auditing
process. Food Safety Consultants.
Prerequisite:
A general understanding of the quality standard is required (Understanding
and Implementing ISO 22000:2005 seminar).

- Learning Objectives
- Understand the basic concepts of ISO 22000:2005
- Recognize the key requirements of ISO 22000:2005
- Understanding of HACCP, prerequisite programs and management
system requirement
- Understand the roles and responsibilities of the internal
auditor
- Apply ISO 19011:2002 and ISO 22003:2007 definitions, concepts
and guidelines
- Learn internal audit practices, i.e. planning, executing,
recording and follow-up
- Prepare and presenting effective reports
