This high-impact, activity-based workshop provides
detailed coverage of Lean fundamentals. Experience how to identify
waste and eliminate waste in a value stream and prepare to begin
the Lean journey in your own organization. The course presents each
of the essential Lean tools and shows how they work together to
reduce costs, improve processes and delight customers. This workshop
