program success. This Center for Quality two-day course provides
Champions with the knowledge they require to successfully discharge
their duties within a Lean Six Sigma program. Primary focuses of
the training are on understanding the conceptual framework of Lean

support, project selection methodologies and understanding the DMAIC
methodology used by Six Sigma teams.
