Six Sigma Leadership & Deployment Training:
This two-day training / facilitation session provides organizational
leadership with a detailed deployment roadmap that allows them to
address key items necessary to successfully launch and sustain a
Six Sigma program. At the conclusion of the training, organizational
leadership will have resolved many key issues and will have a comprehensive
list of action items that need to be undertaken to ensure Six Sigma
